tracker script

does anyone know where i can find a track script? i want to be able to place a link to like http://www.mydomain.com/tracker.pl?url=http://www.domain.com and have the script tell me how many times the link was clicked and log every single page that a link to a certain url comes from.

can be in any language, hope you understand.
