Need an affordable host

I'm looking for a cheap($40 a year max), reliable host with at least:
100MB space
3GB Bandwidth
1 subdomain
PHP
MySQL

Not many hosts would fall into that price range.

You could try http://valuablehost.com. I've heard mostly good thigns about them.

How do you calculate how much bandwidth you need?

Just take your number of visitors and multiply it by the size of your page.

Let's say you have 10,000 visitors and your page is 10k. That would be 10,000*10=100,000k=100MB.
