Search Engine / Crawler

Koolguy and I are going to be make a search engine / crawler just like Google, which is the best search engine i have ever saw. I am asking for the following people to do or contribute to the following:


- A server with MySQL and PHP and at least 20 GB of space

- PHP Programmers for website

- Experienced Visual Basic (VB ONLY!) programmers to program our link crawling engine

- People who have a server in which they can install the crawler

- Security freaks (site security)

- People who are experienced with the internet and remote administration programs

A crawler engine in VB? Not a good idea.

not the engine, but a program which looks at a url database to crawl, then crawls it and adds the urls to a giant db. the engine is PHP and MySQL!
