Website Problems...Need help

I need some help with a page I am working on.

question 1: How come my close button at the top won't close the window?

question 2: Is there anyway that when the print button is pressed, only the text in the white cell will be printed?

answer 1: It does... make sure you have javascript enabled in your browser.

Yeah I closed my browser and re-opened it and it worked....

Here is what I just got from dynamicdrive.com...

Still not working for me though.

<link rel=alternate media=print href="printindex.doc">

Basically the above line is supposed to print the .doc file instead of the .html page automatically...It isn't working though.

www.edupraxis.ca/new/ <--- site with problem

Any ideas?

I guess it only works online...not off the HD.
