Hey, I need a site that has CGI-BIN, Pearl 5, MySQL and Like 30mb of space, needs to be free though, and not against message boards like Netfirms.com is.....:devious2:

I'm a bit confused. If you're installing a cgi board you wouldn't need mysql...
If it's a cgi board, put it on http://free.prohosting.com
If it's a php/mysql board but it on www.f2s.com

If you don't mind getting a board remotely hosted, you could try www.boardnation.com, they offer free bannerless fully-customizable YaBB's...
