HELP!!! need a good banner ad CPM program!!!!

Popups are a bit annoying and I want to know if you guys know of any CPM banner ad programs......that pay just as well as popup traffic and have just as good a rep.......thanks!!!!!!!!!

Not unless you are getting an unsurpassable number of hits. The reason pop-ups pay more is that the viewer is kinda forced to look at it (or close it) where with a banner, they can just scroll away and get to the site content.
