I need to find a cheap place to register a website, and then a good (cheap) plan from some (other?) host.

I think you mean register a domain then cheap hosting?

Domain: www.godaddy.com
Host: www.myacen.com.au

go daddy is probably the cheapest place you can find to register your domain name, and it gets cheaper as you register it for longer period, like 10 years. not sure why you want to do that though.

You will be very happy, much more control and features than godaddy,

I use to always use godaddy, but I then found these guys..


GetMeHosted.com host 4 of my domains,
OC-192 and CPanel Control Panel..
They are running alot of real low-cost specials right now!
But that will end Jan-1-2002.. -=0)
