Well, I can't speak for 9cy, but I believe they have no bandwidth cap.

You shall be deleted anyway if you dont visit your site once a month. They're already showing signs of instability. :chinese2:

How are not showing signs of instabily?

As for deleting accounts any account that never uploaded a page within 5 days of signing up got deleted. Any account that was using 9cy to store images ie no pages just images got deleted. Those where the only accounts that got deleted. Any account that had a webpage uploaded was not touched.
