PHP Banner Exchange Script?

Anyone know of a good PHP based banner exchange script? I am currently using web adverts to run my exchange, but I need something written in php, not perl.

If you have any suggestions, let me know ;)

I've tried phpAds, but its not exactly what I am looking for,, I am looking for something that will let members signup, and it will automaticly enter them into the exchange (like web adverts),, any more suggestions? anyone? ;)

I have yet to find a good one. I'll even setting for an old CGI script at this point. Just need a fast loading script with good stats...
