Host offering to affiliates hosting instead of money

I need MySQl host + domain hosting and it seems that there is no such RELIABLE free hosts... And at the moment I don't want to pay.

I thought that maybe I will make a one-page-website which is promoting a web hosting company being their affiliate.
IF I am lucky I will refer to them clients and they will give me hosting.

I have seen some hosts offering free webhosting for affiliates instead of money but I am not able to find them again. Do you know a host like this?

BTW, why do you have double n's in your signature in word "hostinng"? Is it a typo or is it intentional?

I need to get MySQL BEFORE I can even build my site. So there is no place where to put this one on my site.
