OK, anyone know of an html editor that can insert video clips into a page? Now that Frontpage is gone to the non-paying public, I cant find a program that can execute such a simple task.

You could try DreamWeaver. DreamWeaver can add Flash + Active X stuff to but you'll need a plugin
