Ok, I have an extra domain and I'm thinking about setting up a co-brand on it. With Community Architect do they give you you're own space for pages with no ads? I've seen some on there where the main pages have no ads. Also, do they offer any CGI/PHP/SSI for the owner's site?
Thanks in advance..

I'm guessing that is a paid account (for the main site), and you offer their services off that site.

If you get accepted, you have to point your domain to their servers and then they point yourdomain.com and http://www.yourdomain.com BACK to the server hosting your site. They point all sub-domains and wildcards to their servers. They don't host your main site.

Well, last time when they are still Northsky, I asked them and they said need an one-time set up fee of $10,000 to get rid of the banners. I don't know if they changed the price now or not. But you can ask.
And, they do host your main site, just ask them to do so. They will. But in exchange, an ugly banner appears on top of every page of your site.
And if they host your site, your site will have the same features as your member sites.

Emm... Well, I just found one.
The main site for this community is qlue.net . But looks like it isn't concerntrating its content to free web hosting.
Or you might wanna check this out... http://signup.qlue.net/cgi-bin/show_me?page=webpages.txt&title=A%20FREE%20Website , this is the URL for the details of the free web hosting.
