Not to sure about the site... nice and all just seemed a little to plain for my like-ing... but I'm very picky!

Also what bit of your sites XML? couldn't help but notice those WC3 buttons...

It's is a bit bland but I'm hoping to keep a quick load time and eventualy want to get an AA+ Accessibility rating which mean among other things that the site can be read be voice browser for the blind.

I'm not using any XML but the whole page is written in XHTML 1.0 which is W3C's new standard, which is an intergration of HTML and XML

Times Roman is bad, and the graphical buttons/text needs anti-aliasing, and it could be a little less dull. However, it's an overall good start :).
