I think they pay $10 for each 1000 unique VISITORS your site gets. This means for each person who comes to your site in a 24 hour period. Also, the person has to stay for at least 60 seconds in order for you to get paid.

1) you put their banner on your main page, and make sure the visitors stay for a minute
2) just that one banner, yes, just the one
3) yes, incredible, just ONE banner!!!
4) you get paid $10CPM for every unique.
5) All with just one banner!
6) there's no exclusivity so you can put other banners on other pages
