Host with cgi

i need a host that allows cgi and and will allow me to runa IRC Bot to keep a chanel active all the time...

Ive been to net firms I can't run it there
Xoasis won't let me in the ftp server.

I've used F2s and it's nothing but one problem after another for me.

BUT, they don't have CGI. Don't be so greedy though...
