IS Anyone Intrested in Authoring a Website With Me?

I want to make a well designed website that has useful content. It is first criterion I have trouble with. I was wondering if anyone, or a couple of people even, skilled in the area of designing webpages and art would be intrested in getting together to make a good, easily navigatable design maybe even with a cool banner and/or logo.

I suppose i could do it myself but the site would really be rather pathetic and inefficient.

In case anyone is wondering, the content is quite educational; to do with science, particularly atomic theory and the history of science. (I know it sounds boring, thats why i need an exciting design. it sucks to learn if youre bored)

If anyone is interested please email me. its still just an idea at this point, but i would really like to get it off the ground sometime soon.

You wouldnt just be making a design for free for me we would all be making the site (unless of course you didnt want to) co-webmastering,co-authoring it.

I could maybe help you do the design, would it need to be PHP, HTML or what?

Would I get anything out of helping design it? A percentage of the banner ads or something?

It would need mostly html. we wold be getting into php later on. Im sure i could work something out for you. if you have a site its banner could go on my page. i dont think i will be doing and affiliate programs because they all suck and people ho visit sites hate them.

Make sure you have equal amount of pictures & text. Otherwise it becomes to boring (not wanting to read everything) or so graphic heavy the user doesn't want to return. Anyway, sounds like a good idea :D Can't wait to see it when it's finished!

Oh....and make jokes about the content if you have to, also....even if they ARE corny! lol ...every little bit helps :)

I am currently busy making a php/database driven website right now, but i would like to help. I was thinking of starting a website for internet news, tutorials, etc. I was also going to make it a php/database site where adminstrators could easily update it. there would also be a form where u can sign up and become part of the community(something like slashdot,linux.com,and phpnuke put together). if you want me to help give me an email at razor85@mailcity.com
