Its nice but that middle cloumn I would change the color. I don't know what color but just fool around with colors.

The left navigation buttons look nice and simple, but the rest is cluttered really badly. I recommend taking that NBCi search out of your site. Taking out or moving to the bottom that 1 for 1 advertisement would also make the site look wonderful. And get the site off of Geocities ;)

The whole thing looks ok,

Get rid of the hitcounter and best viewed in 800x600.

To make the search simplier.
You could place the [url\www.spotway.com[/url] search box there. I can help you do that if you want to email me, its in my profile. It would only need the search box. No need for the NBCi ad part.

Remove the unline onMouseOver hyperlinks using CSS.
Make the links change a brighter colour when going over then. Maybe place a small border between the 2 side bars and the center bar.
