Don't know about the site but you can try mydomain.com for the domain forwarding stuff.

It is impossible to determine the amount of transfer a site will push based on 'hits'. A hit is a file access. Even if you added up the first page, the actual amount would vary due to the caching of files on the user's machine (possibly the ISP as well).
As for how to forward your domain using the services you mentioned, note that instructions are provided (see the two sites for details).

It is a combination of everything that determines your transfer amount. The only way you can determine this is if the site is live and currently pushes X amount of gigs. Otherwise, it is neraly impossible to come up with a number. It has little to do with how much space your files are taking up on the server.
Let's just take a one page site as an example. Keep in mind, this site is *only* one page. The total amount of the page (including graphics), might be 70Kb. If you get 5,000 people going to that page per month, you could ball-park estimate that your transfer for that month would be around 350,000Kb (or a bit over 340MB, which equals a third of a gig).
This won't be entirely accurate, but it will get you close.

Netcabins has user-placeable ads. If you place them in the right spot, they may even enhance the look of your site.
