How exactly Do I use PHP??

I have php access on my site but I dont know how to use the php, I downloaded MYSQLAdmin and set it up correctly. After I go to the index.php it promps a screen

first if you have the script allready downloaded read the instructions then it might say. what you are doing there is using that script to use the MySQL. the script may makey you upload a text file to the database and that will help you do it. I really don't know if I anwserd what you wanted me to but I gave a anwser just ask more if you need another anwser.
