I have my site @ boomspeed.com but they are constantly messing up, very slow (should change name to Slowspeed.com). I create email letters for a new email program called Incredimail. The format of the letters is .imf I need a host that will allow remote linking as well as uploading of .imf files.
Any help and/or ideas would be greatly appreciated as I am desperate @ this point. I have more than 80 people in my site update list that go to my site regularly.
HELP!!!!

Just one more ? for you then. Do you allow remote linking @ Neocities? If you do, there are alot of people @ the forum that I am a moderator of that will definitely be interested in your site! It is very hard to find hosts that allow .imf uploading and remote linking.
Will be waiting for reply b4 I join. Thanks in advance for your help and advise.

If you want more space, request it from our help desk. help@nerocities.com and Chad or Matt will add the space for you.

Hm... I'd like to do the same... Nerocities seems to have stop existing... Is there any other host that allows the uploading of .imf files?

What are .inf files? I need to know this first. If I approve of it, then you can sign-up for a free 9cy (http://www.9cy.com) account. After that, just send me an e-mail with your account name (or URL). I can enable this file type for you.

:) Incredimail is a cool mail program that I use and I doubt the files would be that large. But I am lazy and only download them from the incredimail.com site ;)

.IMF Files are Incredimail letters. They define backgrounds, fonts, headers and footers. They can only be used by incredimail users.

The incredimail-site is www.incredimail.com

My own present site is
www.geocities.com/carloscm/incredimail/

Any user without incredimail getting an e-mail that uses this kind of letter will get the letter text and any pictures in it as attachment. But this doesn't happen much...

Before you ask: no, you can't use these letters to auto-open urls or downloads...

[edit]
My own .imf are between 10KB and 50KB. I've seen some 200KB, but that's just insane... Modem Users have to wait too long to get a simple e-mail...

OK, you can host your files at 9cy.com. However, you must move your entire site WITH these files (you can't be using 9cy for file storage). Otherwise, it sounds fine to me. I don't think I see any problems with a few files all under 100 KB (9cy allows files up to 10 MB). Just send me an e-mail (or a PM here) giving me the URL to your 9cy site after you have finished registering. I can add the .imf extension. :)
