free installation

i need someone to install a forum in my site, i will give them credit on my site and ill give them ftp, password and username !!!:D i need it for free i want to install the same board as in this page !!! my server has cgi thats it !!!!!!! no ads !!! or if u know a REMOTELY HOSTED BB BOARD WITH NO ADS EXCEPT AT THE BOTTEM A FEW LINES OF TEXT ?>

I can arrange something, but you must have a vB license. I'm not going to place an illegal version of vB on my paid host.
