Has anyone used Affiliate Target? Do they pay and on time? How about their rates, is it really $3.50 CPM?

Affiliate Target Reviews?SJ December 24th, 2000, 11:32 Do not use Affiliate Target. They are a terrible program. First of all, they use the SAME banner which produces a very low CTR. Dont join them because of their lucrative CPM because they will never switch you over to CPM.
