something similar to winace

can someone recommend something like winace or better that's free...I keep getting wierd errors when using winace

winzip doesnt do em for me though.. *shrugs* my friend once compressed a 650MB file into 50MB with winrar. hah. it took him all night.

no clue, probably using the highest form of compression and something else... its awesome, but just think how long it would take to unrar it... :rolleyes:

Winrar's great too, like everybody else suggested.

I compressed a 3.63 meg file to 1.89kb.

Yeah, WinRAR is pretty awesome. It has an annoying nag message everytime you run it though. ;)
