the best with php & sql is www.coolfreepages.com but they have a popup therefore they are fast and have domainhosting
www.ticky21.com is german has php cgi sql asp no ads unlimited webspace but they are slow
www.host.sk they are slow 20mb and they havent ads

It's hard to have a decent host with php and mySQL that doesn't have ads...so you can exclude F2S from possible hosts, but any other hosts with those specifications will be as crappy as F2S.:chinese2:
