I uploaded a htaccess file and now I can't delete the folder with the htaccess file. I can't see the htaccess file with my FTP program, so I can't delete it. Does anyone know another way to remove it?

Look through your FTP's options CAREFULLY. Most have a option that says hide system files or something similar to that...

Nevermind, just figured out a way to do it. Thanks for the help anyways. If anyone have my problem, just use this command to delete it.

DELE .htaccess

i'm guessing you are using a cobalt server
other servers would show .htaccess using ftp
i do not recomend cobalt servers, they are very limited

No, its just the older version of the linux kernel that has a security error and shows hidden files, I guess the same kernel that shipped with cobalts (also shhipped with redhat 6.1)
