$1400 - Any good dedicated provider?

I have a budget of $1400.

I was looking for a anual good dedicated provider. Here are my requirements:

+ RAM - 256mb
+ OS - Linux/Unix/Win9x
+ Server - Apache.

And atleast 40gb of transfer. I looked at www.cihost.com but its got less RAM and some people say its bad.

Any ideas?

If that's the case, there isn't much you can get for that. You may want to get a RaQ from http://rackshack.net or someone was having a special (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25327) listed over at WHT you might be interested in.

Intense Info has good plans but its beyond my budget. The Inense Info pricing comes upto $2533 yearly. I need $1400. :(
