Well, what is the site? It should probably say if they support it. If it doesn't say, just try uploading a .htaccess file with the line:

ErrorDocument 404 http://www.yoursite.com/custom_page.html

hm... okay but then is there a certain folder that i need to upload it to...? or anything else i need to know.. and to let you know again... i don't know nothing about anything other than css and html...

okay.. thanx.. it worked... so now... i want to know how to password protect a directory...
