No-ads, PHP, mySQL, 10MB, FTP and some traffic

Hi

Does anyone know a free webhost that has the following:

- No advertising, or maybe only a textlink at the bottom of the main page
- CGI support (PHP, Perl & mySQL), enough to run PHPNuke and IkonBoard 3
- At least 10mb space (the above scripts don't take much space & I host my downloads at FilePlanet anyways)
- No file size limit (for the scripts...)
- FTP access
- 500MB traffic a month, prefferably more
- Hosts' main site in english please, but in dutch is also fine or maybe in german.
- Fast & reliable (of course)

It's for a game-site (about hacking & modding)
Wether it's a sub-domain or not doesn't really matter, a ---------- address is good enough for me.

And f2s.com is promising to allow new members this weekend for longer than a month now...

and i'm bussy with a few other guys getting the mail() function for php back on >:)
