Scripts badly bladly badly needed

I run a simple guild website for Ultima Online on coolfreepages.com, and i need a few scripts:

1. A popup with a coded password that asks for password, vanishes after a minute if you dont type in a pass, than, if you typed in a pass it should include things like admin login for forums, mailbox and memberlist editor

2. An online memberlist editor, that lets you edit the normal list as well as giving members tags, icq, email, forum name, msn handler etc

I'm not sure about the vanishing login box, but...

You are asking for a custom membership system that controls other scripts, and there isn't going to be something like this. You could probably find #2, but that's all it would be, a database of your users, and not much else (in other words, there is little point to having a place where people log in, for no reason, update info, and then that's it).

with a member list i meant this:

For public only the info is VIEWABLE
And for an admin it is editable, users can be added etc

Well, if you haven't been to hotscripts.com then that'd be the first place I'd look. Pretty sure you can find something like that there.

i've allready searched there for tha popup and login, can't find it, but the memberlist, not searched for it yet

Can't you use phpBB? That has a memberlist and stuff like that.
For the login, shouldn't be to hard. A small php script, some JS and a MySQL db...

i need the login thing like a member list of guild members (game guild site, dddddduuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh)
