There has to be a bandwidth limit... even with the fastest connections.

Many free hosts offer "unlimited bandwidth". Apart from that this is technically impossible - they don't really mean it. If you take them at their word and really USE what they claim to offer...believe me, you're booted out in no time.

I'd say it would have to be a tie between http://www.9cy.com/ and http://www.t35.com/ (use T35 if you need FTP and CGI, but use 9CY if you have files larger than 150 kb).

The best host is one that doesn't offer anything unlimited.

Agreed, usually it lasts longer because it ain't attractive to warez.

True but now my site is up!
http://members.9cy.com/codecs/ :) and working fine exept 1 file can't be uploaded becouse it's i think to big (6+mb)
