Domain register + hosting

I have been reading the previous threads and can see some attractive offers, but cant quite decide yet
Here are the things i need:
+a domain name ( i presume it costs $15/year)
+host
200 mb space
3 gig or more transfer
domain hosting (at least 5 subdomains, more would be very nice)
cgi + mysql essential
ssi
email accounts (web, pop) as many as possible

ftp (more than one account would be good)
telnet, ssh, and other things appreciated
price: at most $30/year
If the host can handle domain registration as well, that would be nice.
I know its hard to get an excellent web host at this price, but that's all i can afford. Stability is the top on the list.
Suggestions greatly appreciated.
If nothing matches 100%, can you guys recommend sth close to it.

it's more expensive a bit than your plan and hasn't provided domain registration, but it has unlimited subdomain, space and trannsfer is suitable for you.

hmmm.......actually my friend is also searching a paid hosting like what you want.:)

Their Valuable-2 plan might suit you. It's 35.95/yr. I'm not sure if they do domain registration though. But you can register one yourself at powerpipe.com or something for 8.88/yr.

I can probably offer you what you need. I have a list of prices for the services offered, but the goal of my services is to help people first, so I'm sure we can work something out. The domain name registration is $10 a year from my site, and I will register them and do paypal payments with you (as well as check/money order, and wire transfer) to eliminate hassles. If price and stability are two important factors, I can surely help here.

The two plans offered are 25 and 50MB plans, but I can put the space you need together under one username (doubling them up, this should give you 300MB for $30 alone, or we could go 200MB and a domain registration...whichever will suit you best we'll do).

This space can be subdivided amongst the ftp usernames you might need. As you are at a position where you can only afford X dollars, I will work with you to get you what you need, and as many as 25 subdomains with your setup if you need them (it will come with the plan). You will have full control of the DNS and these subdomains any time you need them. Web based email is offered as a free add on for any domain from a third party vendor. The only two things I don't have on the system (until after Janurary) is Pop3 and MySQL. As for Perl5, PHP, Python, WebBasic, and TCL, it's all supported. Streaming Media, Flash, and Shockwave, are supported as well.

You can also make use of FTP mirrors for mass file d/l's, newsletters, live streams, and anything else you might need if you plan on having a large site (provides alternatives for standardized web browsing).
