Check the power search function. if it doest find you a webhost chances are one like that doesnt exist.

Im not sure if you realize or not, but bandwidth, and space costs an FWP money. FWPs make money with their ads, therefore no ads= little bandwidth and space. or big bandwidth and space = big ads.

it depends on what your priorities are if you need a ton of space deal with the ads. if you need no ads deal with 25mb space. if you need it all PAY for it

I was looking for the same thing, but then, I rejoined geocities.
It seemed like I could not find anything real. There were some promises about no ads and unlimied space, but then there were just death links when I wanted to register, or I checked crosswinds, and they wrote that they had to add ads.
Others had their systems down...
I just know one searchengine who gives you the option to check for free webspace without banners and thet is http://www.mns.com
