I'd really like to have your personal opinion of what you think of this site, in terms of functionality and look and feel.

On the home page there is a little bit of flash, so do turn your speakers on.

The funkiness is that the site is generated dynamically.

Its all done from a control panel, where you can change prices and de-activate package availability.

As the on-line purchasing is not happening till after Christmas, the booking form generates dynamically from the form inputs, then the user prints and faxes the form.

There is a link on the home page:
'How this site works' that explains both the functionality and the thinking behind it.

My partner is not sure if this bit should be here. What do you think?

There is also an 'Email a friend' feature, that sends a custom html email to your friend - try it out...

Do you like the colors? We've tried to make it a 'holiday' and atmosphere as possible. There are detects for netscape and macs.

But please view in IE.

If you really did that on your own without a template, then you're really good. Very nice. One of the best sites I've seen witin the last months.

Looks great and I love that gull. lol Did you try all that white text using black text. Very nice site I was just wondering if the changing the white text to black would take away from your site.

yah nice job...however its kind of odd how only the seagle moves and everything is motionless and still, well thats my opinion

Thank you so much. :) Its not really finished yet, I'm adding a bigger and better flash map to the travel section, and doing a proper contact page.

The plan is to have little icons for the mode of transport, pick where you start from, then the map will show you how to get to Cap Dag - what do you think?

The little flash map moves, if you roll over it... I'm also adding some stuff in the travel and contact section.

I was going to make the coulds move - but the file size was growing at a dangerous rate.

Thanks for you comments, did you guys look at the 'how this site works' link. I wasn't really sure if that should be there?

I'm trying to get more traffic to the site - hence the html email to a friend feature. I've submitted it to the search engines. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm glad everyone liked it. Can anyone think of a way to improve it? Or anything that they would change?

As well as the travel and contact page changes, I'm going to add a customer comments link on each of the apartment pages.

Should these be a little pop-up, or their own page?

Looks ok ... abit slow to load content though :rolleyes: .. but that maybe just me :confused: ... Nice clean design ... not to much animation .. like the buttons at the bottom .. very nice ... purple and orange go quite well together on your design ....
