Need a host with mod_perl+mysql

I need a free host which has all of the following:

30m or more;
mod_perl;
mysql;
ftp access;
my own adds allowed;
and it would be fast;

who knows like that please tell me

Oke I get the picture.... But since I don't no jack sh!t about CGI, I quite understand what mod_perl does.. It enhances to load times right, I mean it should work faster with mod_perl (modification) installed...

And now for the hosting...

I have NO idea..

You can click on the following links listed below, they all support CGI, these 2 lists are kinda outdated, but I don't know if they have mod_perl installed..

I doubt it even has to be a cobalt server...I believe it should work on any host that allows Perl in general.

mod_perl .. suprise surprise .. is a mod for perl ( wonder where it got its name mod_perl from :D ) ... anywayz .. its made by the apache foundation . Its suppost to make perl faster with apache.

Cobalt servers have mod_perl installed.

Most hosts do not.
