Preferably with no ads on the email. I know of gmx.net. Are they any others? Preferably a web and pop3 copy is available.
Also: SMTP is not nessasary, I would prefer a .com or .net extension, and no hotpop or runbox.

Bare bones mailing service. Single benner ad on the login page.
The web based version is kind of slow and is extremely bare bones. No folders, address book, or other crap.
On the other hand they have POP3 or IMAP access and I have never had a problem with them doing it that way.
