An ominous signs for existing accounts?

They might be upgrading their servers for now. Might have to wait for a long time for new signups?

Well nothing good lasts forever. They're probably done with free hosting... can't say that I blame them though.
Hmm... if they aren't gonna be accepting any new members maybe I can sell my accounts on Ebay.

Yes, signups have been down for quite a while & were also down for long stretches last year too, but until now they always had references about it being "temporary". Now thats gone.

Yup, you are right, it is still there. But it used to be on the home page & you didn't have to dig thru 3 pages to find it.

service whose imminent doom is just around the corner? Who said that F2S is going Boom? Anyway, inexperienced newbies might want to buy. They also might see it better than a paid hosting. :)

Well, they might see that...except probably not, cause a paid host is better than any free host...especially F2S, who is going to die. There's no evidence showing that they will survive.

There's no evidence showing that they will survive. there is also no evidence that they will die. They're a premier ISP and have enough income for free web hosting and they aren[t into free web hosting.

I don't think they are going under. Besides, in the last month my f2s site has become extremely speedy. :)

No evidence?!...how about the fact that they don't accept sign ups, won't accept signups, and are slowly removing any references to free hosting. Now that's evidence.

Bah. They've just revamped. And about time too. Their signup has always been closed more often than it has been open. :cool2:
