Here is a design someone I know is working on. any suggestions. I took a screenshot of it becasue he is running it of his computer, which has a dynamic ip.

I don't know, there's not much to it in my opinion, and the layout is a little unorganized.

if that someone was trying for a simple design, then I think he/she succeeded. Otherwise, there isn't much to say. Add some graphics would be nice or more colors

Not really, there isn't much to see. It is a very simple design.

Yo, it's just too simple. Puting come graphics on it might make it better. Maybe put a border around all dat blue yo or loading up a bg image.
