The free domain is not good, try Register4less.com (http://www.register4less.com) .

Just 15 USD/year...

Free domain are a waste of time IMO. You don't own the domain and after a year you most probably won't get the domain back.

You can register .com.kg,.net.kg,.edu.kg and .org.kg for free from www.domain.kg. In the future please ask domain related questions in the domain registration forum.
