Let me give you an example : let's say that I have to enter a site in the category x. I make : submit link and the site gets listed.When I try to enter the same site(url) in another category k, then PHPNuke says that this site already exists and does not enter the site in the category k. I hope I'm more clear now. Thank you all.

i think it was because they (phpnuke) store the data (the web site name and url) in the same database table .. so try using other name ??

but whay you want to pun that url in both directory (X and K) ??
