what is SSI,.PHTML i have always wondered..

SSI is Sever Side Includes and can be used to call CGI and other scripts on HTML pages. It can also do other things like call server time and stuff.
PHTML is just another extension for a PHP page. Stands for PHP Hyper Text Markup Language, I think.
