if your looking just to store images.. i will put up a couple just e-mail them to me at TheZoNe@HappyPuppy.com or Alex88@HappyPuppy.com

just make sure there not to big =)
but if you have a website you can sign up with somebody like f2s.com or terrashare.com even hometown.aol.com.. but if you do sign up and just put pictures they will most likely delete your account. i have a account on f2s.com with a web site and i will store your images..

I have been searching the various TOS of web hosts looking for a site that will allow what the original poster is after. It appears that sites that allow images to be stored for use on other sites are few and far between.

But I think I have found two: http://www.idrive.com and http://www.freedrive.com .

I didn't really like the idrive format, but I think I DO like the freedrive format. (Not really sure yet, because I haven't used it yet...)

Will these places allow storage of images to be used on other sites? And what do you all think of these web storage sites?

Hello
Any of the Excelland based hosts allow hot linking of images.

e.g. http://www.myqth.com/

Tripod will only allow you to hotlink .gif's.

These are file storage services therefore you can't link images, you can only have people download them or transfer them to their accounts on the same service.

Personally I link to images hosted on geocities - at least the server doesn't go down.

LOL, Chicken. And thanks to all for the help. I checked out all the sites, and I found one from a list that someone posted. What about http://www.TopCities.com ? Anybody know anything about them? Their TOS mentions "...your web site must be used primarily for the display of HTML pages, and the total amount of data transferred from your web site space may not exceed one megabyte for every two html page views."

What's the matter with TopCities? Are they too chicken to allow someone to take full advantage of their "unlimited" bandwidth? Why can't they be like Stas/Crosswinds?
