help with apache web server!

ok. i;m using apache for some of my php pages. but i discovered that when I enter a directory eg http://111.111.111.111/abc, it points to http://localhost/abc and therefore it does not resolve. help me!

i point it to my dns2go.com domain.

its connected to the internet.

well why can't it point to your localhost? cause it should look the same.
