I signed up at netfirms and when i log into their ftp it says "451 Login failed, can't set startup dir to your home directory: No such file or directory." are they still down?

give them 24h to activate your account.
Netfirms never activates accounts 'on the fly'

Netfirms are not the only one to lie on their site. BTW, does it take 24 Hrs to activate a DK3 account?
