my isp (AO-hell) has a crappy FTP server.
and it's usually slow during business hours.
who wants to store their files on an unstable server?

btw: i use aol only when my free isp (MetConnect: New York's Free ISP) has a busy line. they only have one access number that i can use in my area. and they don't have web space for their users.

fortunecity.com allows exe files, but they're slooow, and they've got so many banners & pop-up banners, it's not even funny.
oh well... i'll just change the file extension to a one they would accept and then store it on another ftp server...
it seems like that's the only option i have left.

How the hell are they a threat unless the OS is Win 9x/NT? You don't have to install wine on a linux/BSD server, so exe files have no way of being runn.

Even zip files. Many hosts don't accept zip files also. Like: "tripod"

I upload for like 30 more MB files with some Html files, and My account got removed!!!
