all the text on the left seem to stuck to the border of my monitor. Perhap you could make that move over to the right by several pixels to make it feel more open a bit by increase cell spacing or padding, I forgot which one

Overall design pretty good. Move the left bar over a little though. Good Job! ;)

I don't know why but it took about 30 secs for your page to load. Also, instead of changing the cellpadding and such, you might want to make the entire table smaller a bit.

Good. I would suggest adding a margin or at least pushing the sidebar over a little bit so it's not right on the edge of the page. The shadow under "Online" in the header is a little cut off.

The "Newsletter archive" link is lower than all the others, is this intentional?

Nice and simple, just be sure to fix the sizing of it so it can be viewable without the scrollbars in 800x600 resolution.
