If you don't know HTML, sign up with http://www.geocities.com , http://www.tripod.com , or http://www.fortunecity.com . They all have great webpage builders for people who arent familiar with HTML.

It's really not that complicated. You just copy the text from a real edit, change the date, and past it in your signature with the proper size and italicized. The date "1998" is because I added that when Oct2000 started, which, despite its name, was intended to recreate this place in 1998. The time is just arbitrary.
