I would mess around and make the contrast a little bit higher. But other than that, it looks really good.

maybe make it into transparent gifs, so that you can change the colour in every page. actually, i prefer a slightly darker blue, but it's just my opinion. i think it looks a little bright and straining on the eyes.

I think you should definately make the logo a bit darker, because right now it seems to get drowned in the background. I would also make the title of each pages (i.e. "Welcome to KHost") a little bigger and put it in bold. You have to provide places to catch the eye's attention, otherwise it looks like just a blue mesh.

Other than that, though, the site looks really good. Post again when its almost done :)!
