Yes, new one is better. I would sugest to change your logo and make it stand out a litle bit more, and maybe add something more on the top frame.

Definately prefer the new one. The old one is still great if the black horizontal strips didnt stand out so much.

your server is slow. anyway get rid of the frames, make the buttons under the logo, and add some more to it. overall it looks ok, but it needs improvment.

I don't really like the frames. I generally disagree with frames n general, but the overall design of your site is pretty good. The top bar looks a little bare though.

The new one is definitely much better than the old one. Except you should lose the Frame and use SSI* or something similar so that people with older browsers can view it without problems.



*SSI tutorials are usually found on Anime/Gaming sites*
