sorry its:

- the movements are not smooth (at all)
- the pictures isn't sharp, and designed good

I think the tiny animated gif of Harry Potter on a broom is cute...

The other ones are okay...

I dunno... they look sorta...

To be honest, they aren't very good, but I shouldn't be talking. I can't make animations from scratch myself. :o

BTW, did you use Paint? ;)
