....how many times in various BBs that you help someone out and get no acknowledgement or you get your head bitten off because their request for help was misinterpreted?

It is just as easy to say thanks, as it is to ask for help.

And a clear concise help request is more likely to end up with a quick, correct solution to a problem, without receiving abuse from the person seeking assistance, because of misinterpretation.
